Afin de promouvoir le service à la clientèle, les administrations postales membres de l'UPU ont établi une liste d'adresses de contact contenant les personnes responsables des relations avec la clientèle internationale.

Au moyen de cette liste les clients de la poste mondiale peuvent obtenir des informations générales sur les tarifs, les codes postaux ainsi que de nombreux autres renseignements sur les services postaux internationaux.
